Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer has accused Beverly Hills Police Department for leaking a preliminary report claiming that the young Hollywood starlet had cocaine and alcohol almost double the permissible level when she accidentally crashed her car in May. Lawyer Blair Berk has called the Beverly Hills Police department “shameful”.

Berk refused to comment on the allegations saying that the case is still under investigation. She said that the police department is trying to sell an “unverified” story, which was first reported on Thursday by TMZ.

Toxicology results are awaited and no charges have yet been filed against 20 years old LiLo. The arraignment is not taking place before Aug. 24.

Two days following the car crash, Lohan was admitted to Malibu Rehab on May 28. Lohan’s father revealed that his daughter spent the first stage of rehab treatment detoxing from alcohol and narcotics and could subsequently be counseled for not reusing the drug. Lindsay will be extending her Rehab stay beyond her 21st birthday, which was originally scheduled to be a much-hyped event.

These girls just love attention, don’t they? It doesn’t matter if they are posing in a photo shoot or if they are undergoing rehabilitation therapy. They just make the most of the opportunity to look sexy. I have heard of beach volley-ball, where women are clad in an itsy-bitsy bikini. Well, whoever has heard of bikini biking? Not me, in the wildest of my imagination. And who would have expected Lindsay Lohan, of all people, to be so idiosyncratic? She seems to be making the most of her rehab stay. Of course, you must give it to Lindsay for having thought-up such an intelligent way to look sexy even in rehab.

After her drug and alcohol escapades, Lindsay seems to be recovering pretty fast. If the bikini biking pics are not ample evidence of that, I don’t think anything else is. And, man! These paparazzi do find their way into every corner of earth to get a spicy snap of a celebrity. Personally, I thought a rehab was supposed to be secluded and out of bounds for paparazzi. Trust the paparazzi to get you hot pictures when you thought it was impossible. Well, we do understand that the bikini biking is a way of recovery at the Promises Center. However, you can never stop these celebrity girls from hitting the headlines, regardless of where they are. I reckon rehab is a pretty good idea for a vacation. What do you think?

The ‘bodyguard’ who tried to malign Lindsay Lohan by saying rubbish things about her is actually trying to gobble more than he can chew, feels TMZ.

In an interview with the UK’s News of the World tabloid, Lee T. Weaver had claimed that he worked for Lindsay for two years. He further went on to label Lindsay “out of control”. But according to employment records obtained by TMZ, Weaver worked for Lindsay for a total of 10 days during spring of 2006, for which he was paid a total of $3,500, and that he was never a staff member of Lohan’s security team.

Lindsay Lohan’s representative told TMZ:

It’s deeply unfortunate that this person has deluded himself into thinking that he worked for Lindsay for a long period of time. This is a cynical and ugly attempt on his part to cash in on Lindsay’s fame.

Weaver is definitely lying because there is not even a single photo of him with Lindsay Lohan. Not even on his own website which otherwise boasts of his numerous achievements. The contact no. given is also disconnected. This shows that he is trying to avoid the situation.

Weaver forgot to do his homework before he planned to nail Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan found that her flame Calum Best had slept with two prostitutes in a drug-fuelled orgy, and she dumped him. That’s enough a reason for such an action! Isn’t it?

The 26-year-old Calum flied to LA last week to see Lindsay and negotiate a £500,000 magazine shoot of them together. But the 20-year-old Mean Girls star is too furious to talk to him.

A source stated,

Although their bond was never that serious, Lindsay thought they were kindred spirits. But now that his misdeeds have been exposed, Lindsay hasn’t been returning any of his calls since he returned to America.

Lindsay is, presently, in a Malibu rehab clinic after crashing her Mercedes into a tree and being arrested.

Best’s igniting pictures were sparked in the newspapers in regards with a drug-fuelled romp with two prostitutes, whereas it also stated he was going around with another model, Claire Evans, behind Lindsay’s back!

A couple of days ago Lindsay Lohan made a statement that party must go on, and now living by her words the actress has decided to throw a big bash on her 21st birthday. Though her advisors are urging her take it easy but Lindsay appears adamant to celebrate her birthday with lots of hype and hoopla.

Lindsay has moved to Malibu rehabilitation after she crashed her car against a tree after a binge and was booked for driving under influence. The incident had occurred in the wee hours of May 28. But it has been learnt that Lindsay wants to leave the rehabilitation centre as early as possible.

On her approaching birthday Lindsay said:

I’m going to milk it. It’s a big birthday and I think it’s been a long time in coming for my friends in L.A. who have clubs … (soon they won’t) have to worry about getting in trouble because I’m underage.

What if Lindsay Lohan will miss today’s MTV awards but she can’t miss headlines. Britain’s News of the World published a new set of shocking Lindsay Lohan images today, which shows Lindsay Lohan holding a blade to her friend’s throat and the 20-year-old actor placing the tip of a knife in her own mouth. And in another photograph, Lohan’s pal is seen sliding another blade down Lohan’s breast. The newspaper claims that these bizarre images were taken taken at a house party where Lindsay was publicly claiming she was reformed and sober after her first bout of rehab before Mean Girls star was admitted to rehab for the second time.

A source told the newspaper,

These photos are very worrying. Lindsay is so out of control. She should not be left within a million miles of a knife. The states Lindsay gets herself into she is lucky to be alive.

According to the newspaper,

These shocking images of Lohan show the depths of depravity she has sunk to in her battle against cocaine addiction.

Now she is back in the Promises clinic in Malibu after driving her Mercedes into a tree, high on coke and booze. This is the same rehab where Britney Spears went earlier this year.

As if the so many ongoing controversies are not enough for Lindsay, the actress has landed in more row with DJ Samantha Ronson. It has been learnt that Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson were bickering over in the early morning post-party hours.

After realizing that it has been an overdose of wine and party DJ Samantha asked Lohan to slow down and safe her energy for the next day. But party freak Lohan refused to listen to the advise and continued to jive till wee hours, despite several requests from Ronson to wind up. But tipsy Lohan just didn’t give a damn to such advises and she even snubbed Ronson and asked to mind her business. When Ronson couldn’t take it anymore she stormed out, and only then Lindsay realized her mistake, and tried to calm the DJ with her repeated sorry.

Either it is Lindsay’s arrogant behaviour or apologetic Lindsay, which touched Ronson so much that she decided to express her experience on her blog shortly after the incident.

Well, DJ has expressed herself but would Lohan ever learn to conduct herself? I doubt that.

Yesterday People Magazine reported that Lindsay Lohan’s friends are saying tha tshe is happy being in rehab.

Maybe the second time’s the charm for Lindsay Lohan, who a friend says is settling well into her rehab treatment.

“She’s happy where she is and is just taking time to herself to learn and be okay,” stylist friend Nate Newell told PEOPLE at Wednesday’s Los Angeles opening of the flagship Diesel store on Melrose Place. “I’ve been in touch with her and she likes it.”

After a weekend of partying following her DUI citation, Lohan checked into Promises treatment center in Malibu on Memorial Day.

“She’s so much in the public eye 24 hours a day that she’s gotten so caught up,” Newell explained of the factors contributing to Lohan’s ongoing struggle. “I think she surrounds herself with good people generally, but all the pressure that she’s around has created this alternate universe in a way and it’s hard for her to stay grounded.”

This is what I call a wrong move. The need of the hour of Lindsay Lohan is a rehabilitation centre, for a while more as she needs to put her lost senses intact. But instead of trying to work on her nerves, Lohan has decided to go for gym and put her figure in shape. Well, all this attention which she garnish every now and then is because of her sexy figure, then why she is heading for gym? May be, she wants to make her figure really perfect and sensual.

On Memorial Day Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under influence and moved to Malibu based rehab facility centre. As a matter of fact even earlier this year Lindsay Lohan regularly left Wonderland rehab program on numerous reasons.
