And, this time she is not in the news for drunken behavior or for a rehab episode. She has posed in front of the camera for a sizzling hot advertising shoot for New York fashion designer Jill Stuart, where she is dressed in just a sultry black sequined dress held in place by suspenders.

At 21, Lindsay has seen it all - Fame, a rehab stint, detention for drunken-driving and cocaine-possession, an absolute failure with her comeback movie – I Know Who Killed Me, et al. Perhaps, this agony reflects in these pictures. Lindsay babe! Chill! Your fans are always by your side.

Its really pity that all bad things are happening with Lindsay Lohan as the 21-year-old was once again arrested on Tuesday, July 24 for driving while intoxicated and possessing drugs.
Its merely few days that Lindsay Lohan finished rehab on July 13, for her arrest in May, when she had crashed her Mercedes in Beverly Hills and was arrested for similar charges. She is due to appear in court for those charges on August 24.

This time, she was nabbed at 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street in Santa Monica early this morning and was charged on doubt of driving under the influence of alcohol. The “Georgia Rule” star was speeding and chasing another car in which her personal assistant’ mother was going. Later on a police found some amounts of cocaine with her and charged her for drug possession also.

Lindsay turned 21 earlier this month…. the age when drinking is legalized in U.S……. but shouldn’t she realize that at this age she needs to give more to her singing and acting career rather then making news of betting and spending time in rehab. Poor Lohan! Is this what she has learnt in her rehab time?

She should have more control over her senses, as there’s no point of flaunting a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring anklet, which she has for the past couple of weeks. Recently she was spotted wearing a strapless red-colored bikini and the same anklet beach at a Polaroid Beach House in Malibu.

Wearing strapless blood-colored bikini from which her swellings are quite peculiar she chuckles that she has all that which can lure the new LA Galaxy star away from his wife, Victoria Beckham.

The amount that she has betted proves that the sexy babe is so confident of Goldenballs falling for her beach body and the fact that she has topped the list of 100 Sexiest Women in the Maxim “Hot 100″ this year must also be boosting her morale for the bet.

As a matter of fact Posh has warned Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan to remain away from her man and is in no mood to take any chances when it comes to her husband, David Beckham.

Lindsay Lohan has been formally booked by Beverly Hills police on criminal charges of driving under the influence and a hit-and-run car crash the last May.

A quiet Lohan who surrendered to the police was released in an hour for a $30,000 bail. The young Hollywood actress was in the company of her attorney. Lohan was earlier cited for the crime, but she escaped the arrest because of her injuries. A court date has been set for Aug. 24 in Superior Court in Beverly Hills.

On the very early morning of May 26, the actress crashed her 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL65 convertible. Unperturbed by the tragedy, Lohan was seen partying at a Hollywood nightspot Les Deux in the evening.

Subsequent tests revealed that Lindsay had forbidden drug cocaine and twice the legal amount of alcohol in her system. The police had also discovered a substantial amount of cocaine from her car. Two days following the accident, Lohan checked herself into rehab at the Promises Treatment Center in Malibu. The actress has successfully completed the 45 day program and has started with an intensive outpatient program.

Sporting an alcohol monitoring anklet may keep Lindsay away from booze, but it can’t help her escape the disastrous consequences of her other freaky escapades.

This time LiLo is worried over some sexy pictures of her taken by lover Calum Best, which have reportedly been stolen by a computer hacker. Lindsay has already initiated a legal action to reclaim the sensational pictures in which the young starlet is appearing naked.

In an online message posted by Lohan she is quoted saying,

All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the pictures Cal took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.

Lindsay is worried of her pictures getting circulated on the net. She says that she doesn’t want to become the next Paris Hilton.

In the wake of bad times, Lindsay was first caught in the case of driving under influence. To add to the shock, some disturbing pics of Lohan sporting a glazed look, holding a big knife to Vanessa Minnillo’s throat hit the web. The pictures showed Minnilo thrusting her lips towards Lindsay. More recently, the Lohan’s My Space account was hacked and her conversations with alleged lesbian pal deejay Samantha Ronson were leaked.

Let’s see if the pictures actually hit the web or it just turns out to be another hoax!

At last, amidst the spree of bad news of rehabilitation fiasco, drunken driving, having lesbian tendency, making out, smooching at public places and possessing a pervert psyche, good news has come for Lindsay Lohan. The actress has been exonerated in a trial. The said accident had occurred in 2005 when this Hollywood sensation crashed her Mercedes into a nearby van. The court had found that Lindsay has to pay $3,624.84 as compensation money. Well, the claimee just forgot to turn up to collect the amount. So judge had no choice but to dismiss the case.

Lindsay can certainly draw some inspiration from it and try to improve her otherwise boorish behaviour. Well, I really doubt that and soon she would be hugging another controversy. Till then I better wait and watch.
