We should know this week the full extend of Lindsay Lohan’s charges on her two DUI arrests.

According to recent reports, Lindsay Lohan may be avoiding all felony charges - including cocaine possession - in the cases pending. This means the minimum jail sentence for both DUI charges drops from 6 months to 4 days - the same agreement that Nicole Richie recently took for her DUI charges. Lindsay’s lawyer, Blair Berk, has been speaking a lot with the prosecutors, and a plea bargain may be arranged.

If no felony charges will be laid, Lindsay Lohan will NOT be required to attend the arraignment hearing on August 25th. Although there are arguments for her being there (to stand up for her errors), there are also arguments for her to stay away (press, being seen to take rehab seriously).

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there is a "strong possibility" the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office will NOT file felony charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with her two DUI arrests.

We’re told charges may be filed tomorrow, and the D.A. is leaning toward rejecting three possible felonies. Sources say the D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with her DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills.

As for her July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, the D.A. could charge her with felony cocaine possession, and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility — also a felony. But we’re told that the D.A. is inclined not to file those felony charges either.

That basically leaves misdemeanor DUI charges for both incidents. If Lohan is found guilty of both, she’d have to serve a minimum of four days in jail, and that beats prison, baby!

Lindsay Lohan went on a rehabilitative walk with some four-legged friends at Cirque Lodge in Utah yesterday.

Lindsay Lohan is now allowed to see visitors, and her mom Dina came up for “family week.” Also checking in on Lindsay was good friend and stylist Andy LeCompte, Lindsay’s brothers & sisters and Lindsay’s grandmother.

Donald Trump wants to take Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton under his wing in a Celeb Apprentice:

Donald Trump wants Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan to compete in his upcoming "Celebrity Apprentice" show.

Trump told the New York Post that he’s already negotiating with Spears about being on the show.

"Can you imagine her doing it? We’re not sure what will happen. She’s a (bleep)ing mess," Trump told the Post’s Page Six.

Hilton’s spokesman Mike Sitrick told the Post that he wasn’t aware of any offer but said Hilton’s father and Trump were friends.

Trump called Lohan "another (bleep)ing mess," and told the Post that he was going to call her this week about doing the show.

"It would a positive thing for her to do … for all of them," Trump told the Post.

Trump told the Post that several celebrities have already signed on to do the show, including Joan Rivers, Carmen Electra, Naomi Judd, Tony Hawk, George Foreman and Pete Rose.

Lindsay Lohan is desperate to make a come back in her singing profession.

After all the trouble games lohan had faced, she is now ready to start work on a third studio album. Lohan told the executives at Universal Music that she is ready with her third album.

Michael Lohan is reportedly furious that Lindsay Lohan seems to have in-out privledges at her Utah rehab, Cirque Lodge, after so soon:

But it is believed the actress has been released after photographs of her with friends surfaced in the media - and her father Michael is furious.

He tells Extra, "Does Betty Ford let its people out? Absolutely not! I’m upset about this. They should never let any patient out."

What do you think? Should Lindsay Lohan be allowed out of rehab? If so, what would be the appropriate guidelines?

I don’t know much about rehab, but I do understand that part of the process is transitioning - learning to live in the real world with recovery. Rehab is like a safe bubble, and effective recovery requires that the patient learn to cope with the real world.

Lindsay Lohan’s parents Michael and Dina are now officially divorced.

Judge Robert A. Ross gave them a pat on the back, saying: "You have both demonstrated to me extraordinarily good judgment in resolving this matter as you did." High praise for the world’s worst parents.

No financial details were disclosed during the hearing - that was settled between the lawyers. The custody battle for Michael Lohan will continue over the next month.
